Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn this morning delivered remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the Digital Government Forum in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The forum was inaugurated by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. In his remarks, Dr Kao underscored the vital role of building sustainable and inclusive digital government, by addressing the issues of affordability, accessibility and enhancing digital literacy through effective partnership and collaboration among and between ASEAN Member States and external partners of ASEAN.
