Co-Chaired by Lao PDR and Malaysia, the 16th Meeting of the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV) commenced on 31 July 2024 in Melaka, Malaysia, with drafting sessions of the APSC Strategic Plan. Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for Political-Security Community Dato’ Astanah Abdul Aziz joined the High-Level Representatives in drafting the APSC Strategic Plan of the ASEAN Community Vision 2045. The ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and the Strategic Plans of the three Community Pillars and ASEAN Connectivity are expected to be adopted in 2025.
