Dato’ Ahmad Rozian Abd Ghani, Director-General, ASEAN-Malaysia National Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia; and Mr Justin Hayhurst, Australian ASEAN Senior Official and Acting Deputy Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia.
