1. The Twelfth ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting Plus (hereinafter referred to as “ADMM-Plus”), convened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 1 November 2025;
2. RECOGNISING ASEAN’s leading role in shaping the regional security architecture and UNDERSCORING the importance of upholding international law, including the United Nations (UN) Charter, and respect for the ASEAN Charter, the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC), the Treaty on the Southeast Asia Nuclear- Weapon-Free Zone (SEANWFZ) and ACKNOWLEDGING the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific (AOIP) as ASEAN’s own initiative to enhance ASEAN Community-building process;
