1. The Thirty-first ASEAN Transport Ministers (ATM) Meeting was held on 20 November 2025, in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar. H.E. Mr. Mya Tun Oo, Union Minister of Transport and Communications of Myanmar, chaired the Meeting and Mr. Raul L. Del Rosario, Director General, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Department of Transportation of the Philippines as the Head of Delegation of Philippines, served as Vice-Chairperson. The Thirty-first ATM Meeting was preceded by the Sixtieth ASEAN Senior Transport Officials Meeting (STOM) and their consultations with Dialogue Partners held on 17-19 November 2025.

End Review of the Kuala Lumpur Transport Strategic Plan (KLTSP) 2016-2025

The Meeting welcomed the completion of the End Review of the Kuala Lumpur Transport Strategic Plan (KLTSP) 2016-2025, which highlighted significant achievements in advancing regional connectivity, facilitating greater integration of ASEAN transport networks, and strengthening cooperation with Dialogue Partners and stakeholders. The Meeting noted with satisfaction that the KLTSP Scorecard recorded an overall scoring of 4.33 out of 5.00, reflecting substantial progress in implementing transport initiatives across all modes of Transport. The Meeting recognised that lessons learned and best practices from the KLTSP have provided valuable guidance for the formulation of the ASEAN Transport Sectoral Plan (ATSP) 2026-2030.
