On the margins of the 32nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Ministers Responsible for Trade (MRT) Meeting, in Suzhou, China, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, met with H.E. Yasir Naqvi, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of International Trade and Parliamentary Secretary to the Secretary of State (International Development) of Canada.

The meeting discussed ways to further strengthen ASEAN–Canada cooperation in support of sustainable and inclusive economic growth, resilient supply chains, and emerging trade priorities, among others.
