Meeting infrastructure needs is one of ASEAN’s priorities for building economic resilience and a future-ready ASEAN. In 2019, ASEAN developed the Initial Rolling Priority Pipeline of ASEAN Infrastructure Projects (the "Initial Pipeline") to improve access and connectivity within and among ASEAN Member States. Led by the ASEAN Committee on Sustainable Infrastructure (ACSI), with support from the Government of Australia through the Aus4ASEAN Futures Initiative and technical assistance from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Singapore Branch, the Initial Pipeline has been updated through project screening, assessment, and country consultations. This booklet presents the updated ASEAN Infrastructure Pipeline. The initiative supports the implementation of the ASEAN Connectivity Strategic Plan (ACSP) Strategic Area of Sustainable Infrastructure and ASEAN Sustainable Infrastructure Action Plan (SIAP) 2026-2030.
