JAKARTA, 4 September 2025 – The ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee (ACCC) convened its third meeting for the year at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. All ASEAN Member States were present including Timor-Leste as Observer, and representatives of the ASEAN Secretariat.

The meeting reviewed the implementation of the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC) 2025 in its final year, including the findings of the End-Term Review of MPAC 2025. The ACCC also exchanged views on the preparations for the ASEAN Connectivity Strategic Plan (ACSP), the successor to the MPAC 2025 adopted at the 46th ASEAN Summit in May this year.

In the afternoon, the ACCC also convened the Consultation with Dialogue Partners (DPs) and Other External Partners (OEPs) on connectivity. The annual consultation reviewed progress in the implementation of MPAC 2025 and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation and partnership in advancing ASEAN Connectivity agenda, particularly under the ASEAN Connectivity Strategic Plan.
