GWACHEON, 18 November 2014 – Senior Officials of ASEAN Member States and representative of ASEAN Secretariat attended a five-day study visit on Productivity and Innovation Focusing on Performance Management in Republic of Korea (ROK) last week.

The study visit aimed to be a significant platform for ASEAN Member States Officials to learn and extract from the Republic of Korea on the lesson, experiences and best practice on Performance Management System.

The study visit was carried out with a very informative and comprehensive lesson by the Senior Officials from the Republic of Korean Ministries, Executive Agency and professors from Central Official Training Institute (COTI) and noble University of the ROK.

The Study Visit on Productivity and Innovation Focusing on Performance Management is one of the nine pilot projects under ASEAN Conference on Civil Service Matters+3 Work Plan initiated by the Lao PDR in collaboration with COTI of the ROK. According to the initial plan, it will continue to be implemented in China and Japan next year.
