Officials from ASEAN Member States, Timor-Leste and the ASEAN Secretariat attended Training on the Law of the Sea held in Bali, Indonesia, on 8-10 November. The three-day training was delivered by Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources & Security, University of Wollongong, and aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding on the law of the sea.
Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community Michael Tene attended the Training and delivered the Opening Remarks.
The training was funded by the Australian Government through the ASEAN-Australia Political Security Partnership.
