  1. We reviewed the implementation of the Five-Point Consensus (5PC) and took note of the recommendation of the 35th ASEAN Coordinating Council (ACC) Meeting and the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on 8 October 2024.

  3. We discussed the developments in Myanmar and expressed our deep concern over the escalation of conflicts and humanitarian situation there. We denounced the continued acts of violence in Myanmar against civilians and public facilities and called for immediate cessation, and urged all parties involved to take concrete action to immediately halt indiscriminate violence, denounce any escalation, exercise utmost restraint, ensure the protection and safety of all civilians and create conducive environment for the delivery of humanitarian assistance and inclusive national dialogue.
