The ASEAN Plus Three Preparatory Senior Officials’ Meeting (APT Prep-SOM) was held on the second day of the ASEAN SOM and Related Meeting series in Port Dickson, Malaysia. In attendance were Senior Officials or representatives from the APT countries and the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community. Timor-Leste participated as Observer. The meeting discussed preparations for the upcoming 28th ASEAN Plus Three Summit in October 2025.
