Dear Excellency,
It is with great distress and sadness that we received the news about the recent 7.4 Richter Scale Earthquake and the tsunami that hit Donggala, Central Sulawesi Province, Republic of Indonesia on 28 September 2018.
I would like to convey our heartfelt condolences to the people of Indonesia for the loss of lives, the displacement of families and the widespread damages to property and infrastructure. Our deepest symphaty and solidarity to the grieving families of the victims and all those affected by this calamity.

It comprises the ASEAN Community Vision 2025, the ASEAN Political-Security Community Blueprint 2025, the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint 2025 and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint 2025
