Co-Chaired by Lao PDR and Malaysia, the 15^th Meeting of the HLTF-ACV starts today, 13 June 2024, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat with drafting sessions of the APSC Strategic Plan.

Building on the draft ASEAN Community Vision 2045, which was noted by the 43^rd ASEAN Summit in 2023, the HLTF-ACV is currently developing the Strategic Plan for the ASEAN Political-Security Community.  The ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and the Strategic Plans of the three Community Pillars and ASEAN Connectivity are expected to be adopted in 2025.
