The ASEAN Customs Training and Development Blueprint was endorsed by the ASEAN Customs Directos-General during their 17th meeting in vientiane, Lao PDR on 17-19 June 2008. The objective of the blueprint is to establish a baseline for ASEAN member state (AMS) customs administration's training and development programs and to serve as the basis for action plant at the ASEAN and AMS levelsimed at developing the capacity and effectiveness of these critical programs.
