The supplementary edition 1991-1992 of the ASEAN documents series covers the period of February 1991 to January 1992, which was marked by intensive activities to strengthen ASEAN cooperation. The most remarkable documents of this period are, undoubtedly, the documents signed at the Fourth ASEAN Summit in Singapore in January 1992. They clearly signal a higher level of intra-ASEAN economic cooperation to come.
