The major objective of the work programme to operationalise the ASEAN Three-Year Plan of Action on Drug Abuse Control is to identify and develop specific activities and projects which the ASEAN Member States can collectively undertake to address the priority concerns under the ASEAN Three-year Plan of Action on Drug Abuse Control which was adopted by the 17th Meeting of the ASEAN Senior Officials on Drug Matters held at Singapore in October 1994.
