This publication compiles the temporary exclusion list and sensitive list for manufacturing sector of each ASEAN country, with separate lists pertaining to opening-up and to national treatment. It is intended to guide investors and businessmen in their investment decisions. All manufacturing sectors and activities not on the lists are open to ASEAN and non-ASEAN investments.
