The project of Empowering Homeworkers in ASEAN Countries through the Usage of ICT" or in short is the "ICT to empowering ASEAN Homeworkers" among all the 10 ASEAN Member States backing up by the "ICT Community Learning Centre of Thailand" project under Ministry of Information Communication and Technology (MICT) and the other stakeholders especially Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU). This R&D project aimed to empower both of the urban and rural poor women homeworkers via the use of ICT for their home-base works development supported by the ASEAN ICT Fund and the Ministry of ICT Thailand.
