The objective of these guidelines is to serve as a reference for ASEAN Member States as well as entities Associated with ASEAN, ASEAN Dialogue Partners, ASEAN Partners and Other Entities collaborating with ASEAN during humanitarian assistance and disaster relief inside and outside the region on the utilization of the ASEAN Emblem to enhance ASEAN visibility and underscore ASEAN's joint response.
