The present publication contains the outputs of the implementation of Years one (1) and two (2) of the Project that examine various ways of promoting human security through the provision of regional public good and the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). It is a modest contribution towards the eventual realization of a people-centered ASEAN Community, a journey whose successful conclusion is undoubtedly shared ardently by the ASEAN and Japanese teams behind the project.
