This Final Report of the Mid-term Review of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint 2025 takes stock and offers feedback on the implementation of the Blueprint, describes how far the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) has progressed from the 2016 baseline, and details the challenges and lessons learned for improvements at the national and regional levels. It also documents how the ASCC Pillar has interacted and collaborated with ASEAN’s other Pillars to realise ASEAN Vision 2025: Forging Ahead Together. This report is a collaborative product of the Regional Mid-term Review (MTR) Team at ASEAN Secretariat and the National MTR teams across ASEAN Member States under the guidance of Senior Official Committee of ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (SOCA) with the leadership of Vietnam SOCA Chair.
