The Second State of the Environment Report was prepared with the full participation of and inputs from the AMCs. The Report should be of interest to a wide range of stakeholders, namely the AMCs, governments outside the region, UN organizations, other international organizations and non-governmental organizations, researchers, and the public in general who are involved in environmental issues and sustainable development.
