The DPAMC Study was endorsed in October 2021 at the 8th ASEAN Ministers Meeting on Minerals (AMMin) as companion study to the newly adopted AMCAP-III Phase 2. It highlights not only a wealth of recommendations to recalibrate the AMCAP Phase 2, but also timely context for visioning cooperation beyond 2025. The Study involved consultations with a range of stakeholders internal and external to ASEAN. Assessment and stock take of current ASEAN minerals development and cooperation in the context of global markets and minerals industry developments were also involved.
