This book is divides into three sections. In the first section of his latest book, the author, Mr. Davis, traces the history of Thailand from a tribal settlement, through the period of absolute monarchy, to its present position in the sub-continent. Stories of his audiences with the King and Queen illustrating the Royal Family at work among their people and relaxing in their palaces, are contained in the second section. The third and final section is devoted to Mr. Davis's photographic audiences with the Royal Family.
