The latest edition of “ASEAN Today” chronicles the life and death of the royal ruler.  The program also examines a corporate boost for Myanmar’s car industry, and visits with Indonesian dentist Dhanni Gustiana, who invented a “singing drill” to help young patients forget about the pain.

Dalton Tanonaka of Indonesia’s Metro TV co-anchors the program from the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, with Cam Pham Nhung of Vietnam Television in Hanoi. Durudee Sirichanya, Head of Public Outreach and Civil Society Division of the ASEAN Secretariat, has this month’s feedback segment.
