- The Thirty-First Meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) was held in Vientiane, Lao PDR, on 27 July 2024. The Meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. Saleumxay KOMMASITH, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, under the Lao PDR’s ASEAN Chairmanship theme “ASEAN: Enhancing Connectivity and Resilience”.
- The Meeting was attended by the Foreign Ministers and Representatives of all ARF Participants, as well as the Secretary-General of ASEAN. The list of delegates appears as ANNEX 1.
