The ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials’ Meeting (APT SOM) was held in Bali, Indonesia on 3 August. In attendance were SOM Leaders or representatives of all ASEAN Member States, Plus Three Countries, Timor-Leste as an observer, and the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community. The meeting discussed progress of APT cooperation and preparation for the upcoming 26th APT Summit to be held in Jakarta this September. The APT countries also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest and concern.
