Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Economic Community Satvinder Singh attended the 44th High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration (HLTF-EI) and Related Meetings on 29-31 July in Lombok, Indonesia. The meetings discussed emerging issues, including the progress made under Indonesia’s Priority Economic Deliverables 2023 under its ASEAN Chairmanship, ASEAN sustainability initiatives, the AEC Blueprint 2025 implementation, and the fast-approaching ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision. The series of meetings concluded with an interface between the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision and HLTF-EI to deliberate on the envisioning of the future ASEAN economic integration.
