At the invitation of the ASEAN-Philippines SOM Leader, DSG Dato’ Astanah Abdul Aziz attended the 36th AMTB Meeting and Strategic Planning Workshop today in Manila. The Meeting-Workshop facilitated exchanges between the ASEAN Secretariat and Philippine line agencies on preparations for the Philippines’ ASEAN Chairmanship in 2026. The ASEAN Secretariat also briefed on the work of the Sectoral Bodies under the APSC Pillar, as well as its role in supporting the Philippines in its ASEAN Chairmanship responsibilities.
