Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for Community and Corporate Affairs, H.E. Nararya S. Soeprapto, delivered keynote address at the 2nd WAIPA Women Political Leaders Forum, held at the sideline of the 46th General Assembly of ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA). In his remarks, he underscored the vital role of parliaments in driving legal reform, advancing legislation that removes barriers to women’s participation, promotes equal opportunities, and protects women and girls from violence and discrimination.
