Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for Community and Corporate Affairs, H.E. Nararya Sanggramawijaya Soeprapto, today received a courtesy call from the new Ambassador of Canada to ASEAN, H.E. Ambra Dickie at the ASEAN Headquarters/ ASEAN Secretariat today. Both sides exchanged views on further strengthening ASEAN-Canada Strategic Partnership. DSG Nararya expressed appreciation for Canada’s steadfast support and reaffirmed his readiness to continue working closely with Ambassador Dickie to further advance ASEAN-Canada relations. He underscored the importance of effectively implementing cooperation projects under the ASEAN-Canada Plan of Action Trust Fund (ACPOATF), and highlighted Canada’s valuable contribution through the COVID-19 ASEAN Response Fund, which address the immediate needs and long-term goals of ASEAN towards the health sector.
