The 11th ASEAN Plus Three Health Ministers Meeting was held on 10 September 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, in conjunction with the 17th ASEAN Health Ministers Meeting (17th AHMM).

ACKNOWLEDGING the pivotal role of ASEAN Plus Three health development cooperation in realising the objectives and key performance targets of the ASEAN Post-2015 Health Development Agenda and Work Programmes (APHDA) 2021-2025, the ASEAN Health Sector’s contribution to the advancement of the ASEAN Community Vision 2025 and ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint 2025;

VALUING the meaningful and constructive collaboration of the Plus Three Countries in implementing initiatives to operationalise the priority areas and aligned with the health priorities of the four ASEAN Health Clusters under APHDA 2021-2025 through the mobilisation of various resources including the utilisation of the ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund (ACCF), Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF), and ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF);
