1. 1. The Thirteenth ASEAN Plus Three Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (13^th AMMTC + 3) Consultation was held in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia on 22 August 2023, and chaired by Indonesia under the theme “ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth”.
   2. We noted the outcomes of the Twentieth ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (20^th SOMTC + 3) Consultation held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 22 June 2023, the Second ASEAN Directors-General of Immigration Departments and Heads of Consular Affairs Divisions of Ministries of Foreign Affairs Meeting Plus Three (DGICM + 3) Consultation held in Phuket, Thailand on 10 August 2023, and the Preparatory SOMTC + 3 for the 13^th AMMTC + 3 Consultation held in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia on 20 August 2023.
