1. The Twelfth ASEAN Plus China Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (12^th AMMTC + China) Consultation was held in Melaka, Malaysia, on 11 September 2025. The Consultation was co-chaired by Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China.

2. We took note of the outcomes of the Twenty-Second ASEAN Plus China Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (22^nd SOMTC + China) Consultation held in Putrajaya, Malaysia, on 26 June 2025 and the Preparatory ASEAN Plus China Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (SOMTC + China) for the 12^th AMMTC + China Consultation held in Melaka, Malaysia, on 9 September 2025.
