1. We, the Ministers/High-Level Representatives of the ASEAN Member States, the People’s Republic of China, Japan and the Republic of Korea, responsible for handling transnational crime matters, convened the Tenth ASEAN Plus Three Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (10th AMMTC + 3) Consultation in Bangkok, Thailand on 28 November 2019. The Meeting was chaired by AMMTC Leader of Thailand, General Chaichan Changmongkol, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Thailand.
