1. The Twelfth ASEAN Plus Three Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (12^th AMMTC + 3) Consultation was held on 22 September 2022 via videoconference. The Consultation was chaired by the Kingdom of Cambodia under the theme “ASEAN A.C.T.: Addressing Challenges Together”.

2. We noted the outcomes of the Nineteenth ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (19^th SOMTC + 3) Consultation held on 20 July 2022 via videoconference and the Preparatory SOMTC + 3 for the 12^th AMMTC + 3 Consultation held on 20 September 2022 via videoconference.
