Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn delivered the opening keynote remarks on ‘ASEAN Centrality in an Era of Prolonged Disruptions’ at the 15th ASEAN and Asia Forum today. Dr Kao highlighted how ASEAN is a centripetal force in regional affairs and how the region plays a key role in bridging various regional and global players and stakeholders in promoting coordination and collaboration across several major areas of cooperation.

The forum was held at the Fullerton Hotel and was attended by high-level officials and business leaders.
