Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn attended the 27th ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting today at the ASEAN Secretariat. The meeting was co-chaired by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Indonesia Retno LP Marsudi and the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of Indonesia Moh Mahfud MD. Dr Kao briefed the meeting on the progress of the work of APSC sectoral bodies and the implementation of the APSC Blueprint 2025. The Council also submitted their report on matters under the APSC pillar to the 43rd ASEAN Summit for the Leaders’ notation.
