Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn attended the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM Retreat), held today in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR. The AMM Retreat, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR Saleumxay Kommasith, discussed ASEAN’s priorities under Lao PDR’s Chairmanship theme “ASEAN: Enhancing Connectivity and Resilience,” as well as exchanged views on issues central to ASEAN’s Community-building, including the follow-up to the 43rd ASEAN Summit and ASEAN’s external relations.
