Following the conclusion of the 31^st ASCC Council Meeting, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn and Chair of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Council 2024 and Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism of Lao PDR Suanesavanh Vignaket briefed the media colleagues on key outcomes of 31st ASCC Council Meeting. SG Dr Kao highlighted that the key outcome documents of the Council Meeting will be adopted by the ASEAN Leaders at the 44^th and 45^th ASEAN Summit to reflect the ASCC’s relevance in ensuring that ASEAN people realise their full potential and achieve an improved quality of life.
