Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn congratulated and handed over certificates to the ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship recipients of 2023. In his remarks, Dr Kao emphasised ASEAN’s collaborative efforts in realising the full potential of ASEAN youth through equal access to education. The ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship serves as a platform to nurture future leaders who will contribute to the development and prosperity of ASEAN and in the process to promote intra-ASEAN integration.
