In the 1st Plenary Session of the 11th Plenary Session of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace (IPTP), Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn delivered remarks, where he underscored ASEAN’s efforts in fostering a culture of peace, tolerance, and inclusive development. Dr. Kao also stressed on the need for stronger international cooperation to address global crises such as climate change, food security, and geopolitical tensions. Dr. Kao further highlighted the importance of ASEAN’s initiatives to help promote peace and tolerance in the region and beyond.
