Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with prominent Malaysian media outlets, on the sidelines of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Engaging with representatives from BERNAMA, Free Malaysia Today (FMT), and Astro Awani, Dr. Kao underscored ASEAN’s commitment to maintaining regional peace and stability amidst complex geopolitical challenges. Welcoming Timor Leste as the 11th Member of ASEAN, Dr. Kao shared his insights on the future direction of the ASEANÂ Community.
