Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today had a bilateral meeting with H.E. Zhang Yunming, Vice Minister of Industry and Information Technology of China, at the sidelines of the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers Meeting (ADGMIN) and Related Meetings, in Hanoi, Viet Nam. They discussed the potential digital cooperation between ASEAN and China, including the launch of ASEAN-China Action Plan on the Cooperation in Building a Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Ecosystem (2026-2030) to foster ASEAN and China’s collective efforts in the digital area.
