Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, together with the Committee of the Permanent Representatives to ASEAN and the Ambassador of Timor-Leste to ASEAN, held a courtesy meeting with H.E. Tô Lâm, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat today. The discussions during the meeting highlighted Viet Nam’s key contributions to ASEAN Community building and regional integration. SG Dr. Kao expressed his heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Tô Lâm, the Government as well as the people of Viet Nam on the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of its membership in ASEAN.
