Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this evening hosted a farewell dinner in honour of Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC), Ekkaphab Phanthavong, who will officially complete his tenure on 11 October 2024. The dinner was also attended by other Deputy Secretaries-General of ASEAN. Dr. Kao thanked the outgoing DSG for his contribution to the work of ASEAN and the ASEAN Secretariat from 12 October 2021 to 11 October 2024, and wished him every success in all his future endeavours.
