Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning along with other esteemed heads of delegations from various countries participating in the 11^th Plenary Session of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace (IPTP), in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, paid a courtesy call on Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The courtesy call was also attended by Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
