On 28 November 2024, in Sydney, Australia, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, attended a roundtable luncheon, hosted by Australian Special Envoy for Southeast Asia, Mr. Nicholas Moore A.O. The meeting discussed advancing interoperability in sustainable finance, and long-term collaboration to support the implementation of “Invested: Australia’s Southeast Asia Economic Strategy to 2040” initiative and deepening economic ties in the areas of investment, and tourism between Australia and Southeast Asia.
