Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with Dr. Marty Natalegawa, former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Indonesia and Founder of the Amity Circle, for a lunch meeting. The Amity Circle comprises of a group of former foreign ministers and other high-level officials from countries across the Indo-Pacific, with the aim of promoting dialogue and supporting multilateralism. During the Meeting, Dr. Marty Natalegawa expressed his appreciation to Dr. Kao for his participation in the 3rd Amity Circle Retreat in April 2025, recalled key outcomes of the Retreat and discussed the way forward.
